We are pleased to announce the very first edition of the Australian Business Grants Directory. Never before have grants and funding for business been complied in one comprehensive and easy to use location. And, with over 300 grants available annually to the business sector, this directory will contain over $5 billion dollars worth of collective grant funding.
The directory will provide a list of all currently available grants in Australia for business. Additional commentary and observations will also be made to assist the user in understanding the grants landscape and the funding process.
The listed grants cater to all sizes and types of businesses, from start-ups to multi-nationals. Industry sectors that will be covered include manufacturing, IT&C, biotechnology, tourism, agriculture and mining. Environmental and export funds are also included. All states and territories in Australia are represented, with grants listed from Federal, State and Local Government. Non-government funding is also included.
This information is simply not publically available elsewhere. It has been researched and developed over four years, by one of Australia's leading organisations in grant funding. Essentially, we have done the legwork to save businesses trawling though hundreds of websites at considerable time and cost. In fact most organisations do not even know that they are eligible for grants because they lack the time and resources to find out.
Being successful in accessing grants requires business to start by finding suitable grant programs. As such, this information is highly sought after and commercially sold for thousands of dollars. The lack of information currently available in this space is a major block to businesses pursuing successful grant applications.
