Organisation
Rural Youth Organisation of Tasmania Inc.
Target Audience
What brings people to Agfest each year? The fact that the committee is constantly evolving means that new ideas and attractions are constantly being introduced. Exhibitors and Patrons are treated equally and all the Agfest committee members are volunteers.
Additional Information
For 2012, patrons can expect an excellent variety of static site displays, ranging from the latest in machinery and vehicles, fencing supplies and equipment, mowers and whipper snippers, plants and nursery supplies, irrigators and irrigation supplies, find wood and wine, Tasmanian and Australian craft and some of the best livestock seen in Australia.
Agfest will again host more than 100 craft exhibitors. There are a diverse range of items available for sale in the craft pavilions ranging from handmade jewellery to blown glass and clothing. Fashion parades are planned on each of the three days of Agfest with 4 parades each day. The clothing is sourced from exhibitors at Agfest meaning patrons can go and purchase the items they see being modeled.
