Event Description
Managing change is central to the success of every organisation and technology departments are key enablers of this. Yet we still see many organisations failing to define or track the success measures of their change initiatives, and the divide between business and technology remains a fundamental impediment.

If Australian organisations are to remain relevant to customers and investors in globalised markets we must move beyond the misnomer of defining successful change as 'spending money on time'.
Organisation
Computer Society of Australia
Target Audience
this presentation provides a fresh perspective of how organisations fail to deliver value in their projects, programs and portfolios, where they historically make mistakes, and provides simple and pragmatic approaches for improvement.
